The San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) Master Builder Program is back and contracted through TRC Engineering! There are only three more spots left open to builders. The program gives $20,000 to $40,000 of financial support to builders that are willing to recognize and support early adoption of two key 2016 Title 24 measures: high performance attics, and high performance walls. The program also offers on‐site training for your design team and subcontractors, and installation guidance from product manufacturers.
In order to qualify, you must:
- Complete 10 new single‐family project lots (homes) with either one or both measures
- Host a design workshop and value engineering meeting with the project team and program staff
- Agree to feature and promote the project through case studies, industry events, and publication
For More Information, Contact David Peery with TRC at (916) 844‐0171, email@example.com or reach out to DuctTesters and we will connect you.
